She has also become an Instagram celebrity. Ashley Nocera hasn't spoken much about her family, but she credits her father for instilling her enthusiasm for working out. She was an athlete when he was in his 20s-30s. Ashley had a habit of being physically active since the age of four. She began taking swimming lessons at four years old and carried on for a further 10 years. While she participated in several events however, she wasn't committed enough to follow a diet that would allow her body to perform in its peak. Ashley was accepted into college and made the decision that she wouldn't enroll at a university. She instead, Ashley focused her energy towards a job as a fitness-model. She has been featured in a variety of bikinis and clothing firms and is published as the face of an acclaimed fitness magazine.
